Organisational Structure
The Chief Executive, Len Neist, is responsible for the effective management of ITSRR and reports directly to the Minister for Transport.
Three division heads report to the Chief Executive:
- Executive Director, Operations - Simon Foster
- Executive Director, Policy and Advice - Natalie Pelham
- Executive Director, Corporate Services and Planning - Paul Harris
The Chief Executive can also draw on the expertise of the ITSRR Advisory Board. The Board is comprised of eminent experts with experience in rail safety management systems, safety science, customer service, incident investigation, and public administration.
