ITSR releases 30th quarterly Waterfall report

The 30th quarterly report on the implementation of the NSW Government’s response to the recommendations contained in the Final Report of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Rail Accident has been released.
The report, covering the period from 1 April to 30 June 2012, outlines the status of the remaining two open recommendations and provides updates on the 13 recommendations closed subject to implementation of an approved program or plan.
Quarterly reports and tables containing the 177 recommendations and the 13 recommendations closed subject to the implementation of an approved program or plan are available in Waterfall reports.
