ITSRR has a statutory responsibility to publish information that it deems necessary for the safe operation of the NSW transport system.
Fact Sheets
ITSRR publishes plain English fact sheets on topical issues in the rail industry. ITSRR has also published fact sheets on other transport modes that explain other agencies' are responsibilities for transport safety.
Reports
ITSRR is required to publish annual safety and reliability reports and quarterly reports on the implementation of the NSW Government response to the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Rail Accident. ITSRR also publishes reports that address reliability and safety issues.
Rail Industry Safety Notices (RISNs)
Rail Industry Safety Notices (RISNs) are released by ITSRR to inform the NSW rail industry of important safety issues.
Information Alerts
ITSRR also publishes Information Alerts which are a concise summary of recent regulatory developments which merit being brought to the attention of the NSW rail industry.
Newsletters
The Regulator is a quarterly newsletter featuring recent events and pertinent safety news for the NSW rail industry.
Transport Advisory Weekly (TAW)
Targeted at the rail industry, Transport Advisory Weekly (TAW) is an on-line news portal of recent domestic and international developments in the transport industry.
Forms
ITSRR has a series of numerically referenced forms for various compliance, accreditation and notification purposes all of which can be downloaded or submitted on-line.
