On Time Running Report 2004
The review was undertaken at a time when on-time running performance is at its lowest level for at least ten years and rail safety is again being brought into focus, particularly in light of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Rail Accident. Consequently, it was considered that the greatest benefit would be obtained by taking a broad approach including examining principles guiding the construction of a timetable. |
