Waterfall Railway Safety Investigation Report - Final
This accident investigation report was done by MoT and submitted to the Special Commission of Inquiry (SCOI) into the Waterfall accident as part of the inquiry process. Many of the recommendation's have therefore, been incorporated into the SCOI's recommendations.
