Waterfall Railway Safety Investigation Report - Final

This accident investigation report was prepared by the Ministry of Transport (MoT) and submitted to the Special Commission of Inquiry (SCOI) into the Waterfall accident. Many of the recommendations have therefore been incorporated into the SCOI's recommendations.

ITSRR produces quarterly reports on the progress of the SCOI recommendations. The remaining recommendations in MoT's report are oversighted through ITSRR's routine compliance activity.
