Industry performance
ITSR reports on data collected from rail transport operators about a range of incidents occurring on the New South Wales metropolitan and regional rail networks.
The data is reported in three ways:
- NSW rail industry safety report - published annually by ITSR
- NSW rail safety occurrence data - updated every six months on the ITSR website
- National rail occurrence data - updated every six months by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau
