Waterfall reports
ITSR continues to implement, verify and report upon the NSW Government's response to the recommendations contained within the Final Report of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Rail Accident. The recommendations relate to actions needed by RailCorp, emergency services agencies, ITSR, the Office of Transport Safety Investigations and the rest of the rail industry of NSW.
ITSR provides quarterly reports to the Minister for Transport on the progress of implementation. The Minister tables the reports in the NSW Parliament.
